Heinz Julen Loft is a unique, ultimate luxury summer chalet in the Swiss Alps. Designed by famous architect Heinz Julen, this 300m² Manhattan-style loft captures unbelievable mountain views, distinct open-plan interiors and enviable facilities, to provide something truly different for up to 6 guests on a Zermatt summer holiday.

A careful mix of glass, textured concrete and woods make up the minimalistic design found in the main living area, holding plenty of space for the entire group. High ceilings allow incredible amounts of natural light to spill through the large, 6-metre high windows. Comfy furniture lets you enjoy some casual conversation when returning from the mountains. The crackling fireplace sits opposite and is set into the glass wall, a unique concept. Alongside this space is an illuminated table, which can be raised or lowered to perfectly suit your evening plans. The Steinway Grand piano presents an opportunity to add some melodic accompaniments to your evening. A lovely balcony mirrors this entire space and is an ideal place for guests to enjoy a glass of wine during the warm summer evenings.

Moving upstairs to the mezzanine level. This floor is made entirely of opaque glass for an extra hint of luxury. Here, you will find an additional seating area, which offers a more cosy, relaxed feel. The kitchen-dining area can also be found here to cater for your meals throughout the week. The contemporary kitchen gives guests all the space they need, whilst the dining table provides enough seating for the entire group to indulge on each homemade, hearty meal together. A roomy bar is also found on this level and is conveniently positioned to allow guests to gaze through the impressive 6-metre windows.

Heinz Julen Loft's wellness amenities establish a relaxing holiday to Zermatt. An indoor hot tub allows guests to give their legs a good soak after a long day of hiking. Alternatively, you may prefer to recover in the luxurious sauna at the end of each day. The choice is yours. For those needing an additional workout, a cross-trainer is also found on the same floor as the sauna.

This stylish property houses three bedrooms that can accommodate 6 guests in total. Each bedroom has access to an en-suite shower room. However, the Master bedroom boasts pure class with its freestanding jacuzzi bath and private balcony access. The private balcony gives guests an amazing outlook on the resort, creating the perfect romantic setting. The remaining two bedrooms are both Austrian twin bedrooms, one of which has terrace access for a more enhanced experience. All bedrooms retain the loft's stylish interior design, featuring plenty of alpine woods, glass and modern furnishings.

For your convenience, an elevator is included with Heinz Julen Loft for easy access round the property. Laundry facilities are also available.

Price is based on exclusive use of the property for up to 6 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only.
