The Property

Zermatt's Chalet Matten is a centrally located second floor apartment for up to six guests, consisting of 130m² of living space, providing a fantastic option for smaller families.

The property has a spacious living and dining area which combines oak and natural stone features with a contemporary style. There are a set of comfy lounge seats surrounding a TV and surround sound for creating a cinematic atmosphere. The kitchen is situated just behind the living area, fully equipped for all your self catering needs, whilst the oak dining table can accommodate all that are sleeping. From this area a wrap-around balcony can be accessed, which provides breathtaking views of the Matterhorn and is a great place for alfresco dining.

For those who are feeling tired after a long day in the hills, the chalet has access to a massage room where an in-house highly trained therapist is available and can offer Swedish massage, Indian head massage as well as manicures, pedicures and facials. In addition to this, there is a shared Jacuzzi for relaxing any achy muscles. Alternatively, for any guests who are looking to continue exercising, they can take advantage of the fitness room that is located on the ground floor.

In total, there are three bedrooms sleeping six guests, which are elegantly decorated with a modern and fresh feel. Each bedroom can be arranged as either a double or twin for flexibility for different group configurations. In the chalet there are two separate bathrooms, one having a bath and the other a shower.

The chalet is accessible by lift or stairs and is equipped with a ski room with boot warmers. For added convenience, there are also laundry facilities at your disposal.

For larger groups, Chalet Matten can be taken alongside Chalet Petit (Sleeps 6) or Aria Penthouse (Sleeps 8), which are both in the same building.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 6 guests on a self catered basis.
