Chalet Les Anges, a name simply translating to "The Angels", is an ultra luxury chalet in Zermatt that is simply heavenly. Expansive terraces and balconies, fantastic facilities, unbeatable Matterhorn views and first-class services are all on offer over the 700m² of living space, with room for 14 guests across its seven luxurious bedroom suites.

The main living areas of Chalet Les Anges are located on the chalet's top floor. A sumptuous living space is sprinkled with comfortable sofas, a sleek fireplace and majestic grand piano. In this open-plan area, you will locate the dining room on a slightly raised section where an elegant dining table besides a closed off kitchen. Extra high ceilings, gorgeous reclaimed wood and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows help make this area feel palatial. There is also a stylish television room on this floor, providing an additional separate space for entertainment and relaxation.

The vast windows on the top floor have an uninterrupted view over Zermatt and towards the Matterhorn. They also lead out onto a massive terrace, where a spot of alfresco dining can be enjoyed with the majesty of the world-famous Matterhorn looming in the background. A second sizeable terrace can be found on the bottom floor of Chalet Les Anges, with an outdoor hot tub, and some relaxing loungers to catch the sun on.

Chalet Les Anges is perfectly suited for relaxation, with some fabulous wellness facilities found on the chalet's bottom floor. In addition to the aforementioned sunken hot tub, there is a private chalet spa that leads onto the terrace where the hot tub sits. A gorgeous natural stone relaxation area with Japanese-inspired water feature acts as the waiting area for a white marble Hammam, sauna, birch-lined massage room and monsoon rain shower.

There are seven bedrooms to Chalet Les Anges, each with an en-suite bath or rain shower room, spread between the bottom and first floors. Each bedroom comes with a name inspired by a type of angel or angelic creature, and are furnished to a standard that is simply divine. There are four bedrooms with private balconies, with two more on the bottom floor having terrace access, and every bedroom has a gorgeous view, with most of them having a direct sight at the iconic peak of the Matterhorn. There is the option to take three of the double bedrooms as twin instead, providing a bit of extra flexibility in sleeping arrangements.

Chalet Les Anges comes with a dedicated ski room with heated boot racks, ideal should you wish to partake in a bit of summer skiing, but that can also be used for storage of other equipment. An internal lift runs between the three floors, and laundry facilities are available to use on the ground floor.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a bed & breakfast basis. Catered rates are available on request.
