This luxury four bedroom apartment is in the heart of the lovely Winkelmatten area of Zermatt, just a short walk from the main Klein Matterhorn lift station, with its own local shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is on the second floor of a new chalet built in 2006, ‘Casa D'Amore', in traditional Swiss quality with luxury decor throughout including Italian bathroom fittings, modern kitchen appliances, Swiss oak floors and fitted wardrobes. Guests have shared use of the wellness area which has a jacuzzi, sauna and rainfall showers which is located in the lower ground floor. There is an elevator in the building.The four bedroom apartment consists of three double bedrooms with en-suite and one twin bedroom, three of which have spectacular Matterhorn views. The kitchen is open plan with the lounge and dining area and has a dishwasher, induction hob, oven and two fridges. The lounge has Sky TV, DVD, I-Pod dock and has fantastic Matterhorn views through the floor to ceiling windows and from the balconies, there is also an open fire.Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 9 guests on a self catered basis. Chalet D'Amore is conveniently situated close to the free bus stop (150 metres), restaurant, children's play area and a shop. It takes six minutes to walk to the Klein Matterhorn lift and twelve minutes to the centre of the village where the main bars and restaurants are located.
