Chalet 1936 is a stunning luxury summer chalet in Verbier, a characterful 1,000m² property that offers a splendid collection of facilities including a swimming pool and outdoor space. Set over five floors, Chalet 1936 showcases a stylish design, incorporating traditional chalet features such as old wood beams and natural stone walls with luxurious furnishings, vintage decorations and eye-catching pop art. The middle floor of Chalet 1936 houses a spacious entrance hall that leads through to an intimate, open-plan lounge and dining space. You'll find a plethora of seating to relax upon in the living area, from a comfy leather corner sofa to individual armchairs and a pair of plush, classic sofas that sit beside a feature stone wall and large open fireplace. The dining table is tucked to the end of the room, with space for up to 14 guests, mostly across a cosy bench of banquette seating. A smaller, secondary dining space can be found within the chalet's spacious and expertly equipped kitchen.

Giant picture windows provide breathtaking uninterrupted landscapes of the mountain scenery from the comfort of the lounge, with access available onto an expansive, wraparound balcony from the kitchen. Head down two levels, and you can enjoy these panoramas and bask in the sun on a number of deckchairs, perfectly positioned on the chalet's terrace. This terrace extends into outdoor space, an advantageous feature to have when on a luxury summer holiday to Verbier.

The terrace of Chalet 1936 also features the welcoming relaxation of a traditional cedar wood hot tub. Head inside from the terrace to find further sumptuous spa facilities in the chalet's incredible wellness area. The main highlights are the swimming pool with counter current and giant Hammam, although you will also find several lounge areas to help you unwind, in addition to a corner bar area. There is also a gym with weight training equipment and floorspace for yoga or Pilates.

A floor above the spa level is Chalet 1936's dedicated entertainment floor. A vibrant cinema room offers you a home cinema experience for the evening, while outside this room you can find table tennis and additional bar and lounge areas. This floor has a unique, vintage style that really stands out ahead of other typical Verbier chalets.

Chalet 1936 invites up to 14 guests to stay across its seven delightful bedrooms. The bedrooms blend a mix of styles that are both lavish and distinctive. Natural wood and stone interiors establishes the homely, traditional chalet vibes, whilst elegant furnishings and distinguishing decorations bring a class of luxury. All rooms are completed by an en-suite, with some rooms also featuring freestanding and roll-top baths within the bedroom.

Chalet 1936 includes a dedicated office space with fireplace just off the main lounge area. There is an elevator running between all but the top floor Master suite. Laundry facilities and a boot room are available for guest use, as well as three exterior parking spaces.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and is offered on a self catered basis to include daily housekeeping.
