Chalet Grand Pré 4 is a split-level 140m² luxury penthouse apartment, boasting three floors of pure comfort. Hosting up to 8 guests, spacious layouts, traditional alpine designs and shared wellness facilities come together to create a fantastic base for your summer getaway in Val d'Isère.

Under vaulted wooden ceilings, the main living space is elevated with a timeless and homely alpine charm. An inviting corner sofa is accompanied by two comfy armchairs, establishing the ideal spot for social evenings in front of unbelievable mountain views, as framed across the floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room is also partnered with a fireplace and TV, in case guests are fancying some casual viewing. Alternatively, a ladder leads up to a cosy, mezzanine reading snug, to unwind in privacy. The other side of the room is occupied by the dining area. With enough space for the entire group, this table is fit to host each meal during your luxury summer holiday in the French Alps. To complete this space, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen lets guests get creative when rustling up hearty homemade meals.

Attached to the main living area is a roomy balcony. Offering unparalleled views of the stunning mountains ahead, and an outdoor table, means guests can dine alfresco style late into the evening, to fully appreciate the alpine paradise that surrounds you.

Four double, en-suite bedrooms can be found amongst the three floors of Chalet Grand Pré 4. Each bedroom shares a similar luxury alpine style to the rest of the property, yet holds a unique character and individual identity to provide guests with a comfortable stay. The master double bedroom lies on the top floor, featuring high ceilings, a private balcony and Hammam-shower, in the en-suite bathroom, for additional luxury. The remaining three double bedrooms exude a modern feel, split between the middle and ground floors.

For an additional touch of luxury, shared wellness facilities feature in the apartment building's refined spa. Be sure to take advantage of the indoor swimming pool and gorgeous sauna found here, to rest and recharge after a day of summer activities.

Guests also have use of a private locker in the apartment building, to store equipment throughout the week. Two parking spaces, with EV charging points, and laundry facilities are also included for your convenience.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

The apartment is also available on a bed and breakfast basis with daily continental breakfast, housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
