Renovated from a large authentic farmhouse to a high standard of luxury, Le Chalet de Claude creates an idyllic base for a family or group of friends seeking a luxury summer holiday in France. Across its 400m² of living space, the chalet sleeps up to 13 guests, immerse in a combination of style and traditional alpine design, located in the exclusive centre of Morzine.

A spacious open plan-living area welcomes you in the heart of Le Chalet de Claude, which is characterised with plenty of rustic charm, nodding to the property's historic past, and lots of natural light flooding in from all sides. A TV sofa corner as well as the main seating area provides two places where you can relax and admire stunning landscapes with your loved ones.

Leading off from the lounge area, on a split-level, is the fully equipped galley kitchen. Sleek worktops, modern appliances and an eye-catching breakfast bar make this a welcome haven for an enthusiastic cook or family afternoon of baking. On the other side of the kitchen, a classy dining room awaits you for a meal together as a whole group.

Leading from the large French doors in the kitchen, you can head out onto one of the chalets main terraces, where you can relax in the sunshine. An outdoor dining area, offers the perfect location to enjoy an alfresco apéritif and dinner, while catching up after a day full of summer activities: from cycling and hiking, to swimming and horse riding, the activities provided by the renowned Morzine resort never ends! A large lawn area, gives the kids ample space to play and enjoy the mountain sun, while you can relax from one of the loungers on the terrace and watch on.

After an intensive day of hiking, you can refresh yourself and jump straight into the large indoor swimming pool (7m x 3m with jet steam) or ease your aching muscles in the nearby sauna, both situated on the ground floor. The fusion of these modern facilities convey the perfect environment to entertain groups of friends and family alike.

The high standard luxury alpine design is also followed in each of the five bedrooms of Le Chalet de Claude. The first double bedroom leads off from the dining area and offers an en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace. The master bedroom has its own private flight of stairs up to its own quarters and is a large room with vaulted ceilings, expansive views, and a very generous bathroom. Up a second staircase from the lounge, is a triple room, again in its own quarters and featuring an en-suite. The two remaining bedrooms, on the garden level, share a large bath and shower room.

Le Chalet de Claude also provides a large parking area outside for 3 cars and a garage parking for 2 vehicles, with an adjacent boot room with heated boot and glove racks. A laundry room with separate washing and drying machines is also included.

For additional guests, there is the annexe chalet, which can accommodate two further guests and is subject to extra cost. Please enquire should this be needed for your stay.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 11 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with housekeeping. Two additional guests can be accommodated at extra cost.
