The Property

Colibri Uno is a four bedroom luxury apartment in Morzine which is situated in the heart of the resort and is a great option for families or friends. The apartment is one of two in its residence, occupying the first floor of the building, incorporating modern interiors with an open-plan design for a fantastic apartment for 8-12 guests.

You can access Colibri Uno via the lift or the stairs, where, upon entrance, you will be greeted by a spacious, contemporary open-plan living space. The bright, open lounge is sleek and uncluttered, with stylish furnishings, feature wall and a built-in stone fireplace. In this social space sits a large dining table, with seating for 12, where guests can indulge in nourishing meals as prepared in the adjacent semi open-plan kitchen, fully equipped for all your catering needs.

A set of three floor-to-ceiling glass doors open out onto Colibri Uno's generous balcony, where in addition to admiring great views across Morzine and the surrounding mountains, or enjoying the fresh Alpine air, you will also find the apartment's hot tub. Under a sheltered section of the balcony, the hot tub provides an enticing spot to unwind after a hectic day of summer activities in Morzine.

Any assortment of 8-12 guests will be well accommodated when staying at Colibri Uno. The apartment has four bedrooms, all of which can be configured as either double or twin rooms, with two of the rooms having alcoves with bunk beds, which can make great family suites but are also large enough to sleep adults too. The bedrooms are straightforward in their design, but well-appointed, and all are completed by large, modern en-suites, two with walk-in showers.

For larger groups of up to 24 guests, Colibri Uno can be taken in conjunction with Colibri Penthouse, the apartment's sister property that covers the upper two floors of the same building.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for 8 guests on a self catered basis to include daily cleaning.
