The Property

Sat in an elevated position, Les Pierrys is a fantastic summer chalet for a large family or group of friends looking for stunning mountain views, whilst being within walking distance of the action of Morzine centre. Across seven bedrooms, there is space to sleep up to 14 guests.

The open plan lounge and dining room is spaced out across one side of the first floor, meaning the entire room benefits from the stunning views across Morzine and the surrounding mountains. There is a cosy seating area centred around the fireplace, with a table in the middle, providing the perfect entertainment space for a game of cards in the evening, or catching up on any missed TV programmes.

The dining area in particular is a bright and airy space, with there being multiple patio doors, letting the sunlight fill the room. Stepping out these doors, and you are welcomed with an even better view of the surroundings. From here, walk along the wrap-around balcony to the terrace, where the hot tub can be found. Whilst the balcony is a lovely place for a spot of sunbathing and soaking up the sun, the hot tub is the setting for relaxation, with a glass of bubbly in hand.

Each of the 7 bedrooms in the chalet are of a generous size and similar in style. Five of these are en-suite, whilst 2 of the bedrooms can be linked to create a family suite, sharing a bathroom. In addition, 6 of the bedrooms can be arranged as either a double or twin room, offering flexibility to different group configurations.

It's also worth noting that one of the bedrooms has been equipped with wet suite and extra width doors to enable wheelchairs, which combined with the lift provides the chalet with full disabled access.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet on a self-catered basis for 12 adults with end of stay cleaning. Child discounts will apply.

Flexible dates are possible on request.
