Built in 1805 as a traditional French farmhouse or Grange, Chalet La Fourmiliere has been converted into a stunning alpine home, which blends original features and modern amenities to create the perfect environment for entertainment and relaxation. Sleeping up to 15 guests across 6 bedrooms, this Morzine summer chalet offers a fantastic option for friends and families alike.

Chalet La Fourmiliere's downstairs living areas have been designed for socialising. As you enter the property, an incredible open dining area welcomes you, showcasing gorgeous double-height ceilings and plenty of light beaming through traditional windows. The wooden table in the centre comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests. A bar area is tucked in the corner, with a grand piano also found to add musical accompaniments. Leading on from the dining room lies a spacious and homely living area. Featuring two seating areas, but still very much maintaining whole group conversations between both, gives the room a real home-from-home feel to unwind in front of the TV or fire on chillier evenings - the sofas next to the open fireplace definitely encourage you to make yourself comfortable! An offering of board games encourage in-house family competitions in this space. Also found on the ground floor is a sizeable, professional kitchen, adjoining the main dining area, for homemade meal preparations fit for a chef.

Perfect for when the mountain sun is at its highest, Chalet La Fourmiliere's sun-soaked courtyard is the place to be. Located at the back of the chalet, on the chalet's terrace, guests will find an outdoor hot tub, dining area, BBQ, sun loungers and chairs. Wooden benches and tables, found under the main porch of the chalet, can be accompanied with blankets and candles to finish the day's conversations as the sun sets in the evening.

The chalet's mezzanine level overlooks the main dining area. For relaxation, a treatment room invites a massage to ease tired legs after a long day on this floor. A small library is also found here, ideal for reading whilst you wait for your massage. To fuel the group's more competitive nature, a sophisticated, sound-proofed games room sits downstairs, adjoining the living area. Equipped with a pool table, TV and touches of classical British elements, implemented by the chalet's owners, it's a great spot for all ages to enjoy.

Chalet La Fourmiliere's first floor houses all six bedrooms, accommodating for groups of 12-15 guests. Each room oozes comfort with a cosy atmosphere, as well as benefitting from private, modern en-suite facilities. For flexible group arrangements, all rooms can be split into double/twin configurations. There is also an option to add an extra bed in some rooms to accommodate an additional 3 guests.

Chalet La Fourmiliere also offers bike storage for those looking to explore the Portes du Soleil on two wheels during summer.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 15 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only.
