A beautifully renovated farmhouse in a great location in Morzine, Chalet 46° is now a modern luxury chalet suitable for up to 14 guests. The chalet features some incredible living areas and facilities, along with a sizeable garden space brimming with features that make the chalet the perfect place to host your next luxury summer getaway.

The second floor of Chalet 46° plays host to the main inside living areas. The chalet maintains many of its original features, which is apparent by the old wooden beams on this floor that add to chalet's charm. A stylish lounge area with wood-burning stove sits at one end of the long open-plan top floor. Flowing through this space you will discover a dining area adjacent to a sleek modern kitchen with large central island and a bar area at the end.

The highlight of Chalet 46°, particularly for a luxury summer holiday to Morzine, is the large outdoor garden and terrace areas. Make the most of the sunshine and warm weather by relaxing on the sun loungers and deck chairs, or have a sociable catch-up in the seating area of the conversation pit. There is a large dining table for some alfresco dining in the sun, perhaps with a delicious meal cooked in the BBQ and pizza oven. You can also grab a drink from the outdoor bar and take a relaxing dip in the hot tub as you admire the views of the stunning mountains.

Further relaxation can be found inside Chalet 46° on the ground floor, where a sauna, shower room and treatment room await for some soothing spa sessions.

On the ground floor there is also a comfortable TV lounge. With plush sofas and an extensive movie selection, there's little better way to spend your nights after a busy day of enjoying the mountains than in the comfort of this TV room.

Chalet 46°'s middle floor is where you will find the chalet's five luxurious bedrooms. All the rooms can be configured as either double or twin, giving good flexibility for larger mixed groups of guests. The bedrooms are modern and bright, giving a nice airy feel to them. Two bedrooms have the luxury of freestanding baths in addition to the en-suite bath and shower rooms that accompany each room. Two of the bedrooms would work well as family-style rooms, with additional beds in the form of bunks and hidden away in the eaves, meaning the chalet can accommodate between 10 and 14 guests.

Chalet 46° has a large ski and boot room on its ground floor that can be used for bike storage in the summer.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a self-catered basis.
