Les Fermes à la Léonthine is a contemporary, ultra-luxury summer chalet in Megeve that boasts stunning views, generous living areas and a heavenly spa area, set in one of the most private locations in the Alps. The chalet could be described as the ultimate luxury summer chalet.

The main living space of Les Fermes à la Léonthine has been designed with the chalet's unparalleled views in mind. Situated on the top floor of the chalet, and featuring a traditional vaulted ceiling, a wall of windows invite the stunning views in, and when the weather is fine they can be thrown open for the ultimate in indoor-outdoor living. The huge living and dining spaces are separated by a feature fireplace, ensuring cosy evenings after the sun sets. There are a couple of distinct sitting areas in this room, for complete flexibility. The chalet kitchen is also on this floor, where the professional team at Les Fermes à la Léonthine will prepare gastronomic delights. A small mezzanine is equipped as a study, so any urgent business can be dealt with, even whilst living in secluded alpine splendour!

Les Fermes à la Léonthine benefits from a fabulous chalet spa. There's a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam, relaxation area and spacious fitness suite. The chalet also sits on an alpine meadow within 10,000 sqm of land, so there's plenty of space for an outdoor workout or for enjoying yoga practice in the mountains. Less active entertainment can be found in the chalet's cinema room, and wine cave.

All six bedrooms at Les Fermes à la Léonthine are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom and main guest suite share a balcony, perfect for a refreshing coffee before breakfast. These two main bedrooms also enjoy luxury bathrooms with both bathtubs and walk in showers. The further three double bedrooms all have ensuite shower rooms, while the children's bunk room (sleeps 4) is also ensuite.

The chalet's style combines traditional alpine architecture with global influences. The property's owner has taken inspiration from across the world, creating a bespoke feel. For convenience there's a boot heater with shoe warmers, a garage with parking for 4 vehicles, and a laundry room.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a fully staffed basis to include chef, butler, chalet manager, driver and housekeeper. Food and drinks are charged locally.
