Chalet des Ors' main living floor adopts an open-plan design, featuring split levels that contribute to a grand social setting. Lovingly decorated interiors have stayed true to the style of the chalet's English owners, filled with homely furnishings and neutral colours that compliment wooden cladding. Impressive high ceilings and large windows partner together to bring a light-filled space, perfectly framing the surrounding alpine backdrop. Two seating arrangements can be found in the living room; a more relaxed arrangement is nicely complimented with a TV for casual viewing, whilst a more formal setting surrounds a coffee table in front of the stunning fireplace. The dining area is located on a split floor, up a set of stairs, providing a spacious setting for 10 guests to eat together. Across from this is the beautifully designed kitchen that features a spacious breakfast bar, perfect to enjoy a few snacks and casual conversation.
Sliding glass doors, from the main living area, bring you out onto Chalet des Or's expansive terrace, perfect for recharging to the peace and quiet of your summer alpine surroundings. A wonderful garden sits below the terrace for family games or supervising younger members. Enjoy the quaint Megève countryside, where cowbells ring from the cattle grazing in the meadows around the property.
A wide array of wellness facilities elevate Chalet des Ors to truly let you experience a luxury summer holiday in Megève. The relaxation area houses a gorgeous indoor swimming pool, adjoining sauna and loungers to fully unwind. For those who wish to continue regular workout routines, gym facilities sit separate, in view of the pool. An outdoor Cedarwood hot tub will complete your relaxation under the sun.
Chalet des Ors also features a TV-games snug, with football table, that presents the perfect hideaway for the kids! There's also a table tennis in the garage for further games. At the end of each day, a tiered cinema room awaits to finish your nights with a favourite film.
Six bedrooms are situated on four floors of Chalet des Ors, sleeping up to 14 guests. Each bedroom has been carefully designed to offer a homely stay with simple, traditional alpine designs. The master bedroom on the top floor exudes a luxury feel with its balcony, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite. Four further double en-suite rooms can be found throughout the property, the majority of which benefit from access to a balcony or terrace. A children's bunk bedroom (sleeps 4) completes the layout, providing a fantastic option for families.
Chalet des Ors has a boot room, to store equipment, and garage parking is also provided.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and includes daily breakfasts and afternoon tea and complimentary daily housekeeping service.

Chalet des Ors lies in a peaceful location in the hills of Megève, in the Princesse area of resort. The chalet is close by to a number of biking trails to explore the surrounding region. For a further selection of hiking and biking trails in Megève, the Mont d'Arbois gondola sits just a 6-minute drive or 17-minute cycle away, leading up to the Mont d'Arbois. The golf club sits at the foot of this gondola, for golfing holidays in the Alps.
The centre of Megève is also a 6-minute drive, or 9-minute cycle, from Chalet des Ors. Luxury designer boutiques, pâtisseries and cafés, as well as a selection of Megève's best bars and restaurants, await your arrival in this charming village. Le Palais Megève, a multi-sports complex, can also be found in the heart of resort, as well as Megève's 4 Saisons Luge next to the Jaillet gondola.
