Chalet des Fermes de Marie in Megève has all you could need for a summer escape to the French Alps. Sleeping 10 guests, this traditionally styled chalet has a stellar location in the centre of resort, a peaceful and picturesque garden, and access to a range of 5* facilities both private to the chalet and of the luxurious Hotel Les Fermes de Marie which owns and runs the property.
A 400m² property spread over three levels, Chalet des Fermes is typified by its use of rustic wooden materials and authentic alpine decor. The living room sits at the heart of the chalet, a cosy space with a fireplace, double-height ceilings and plenty of comfortable seating that oozes charm from every aspect. From exposed wooden beams hangs an elegant chandelier above the formal dining area, which can seat up to 12 guests. The chalet's kitchen maintains the authentic theme, although adds a touch of modernity with more contemporary materials and a full assortment of kitchen amenities.
If the interior living spaces left you charmed, the exterior spaces are even more impressive. The chalet's terrace is the perfect spot for alfresco dining, while outdoor lounge furniture allows you to make the most of the pleasant Megève summer weather. Furthermore, the garden is an idyllic spot for a stroll amongst flowering plants, which opens into larger, peaceful grounds shared amongst the hamlet of hotel buildings that the chalet forms a part.
Chalet des Fermes comes well-equipped with some soothing private spa facilities. You have an indoor Jacuzzi and sauna available for relaxation, with a massage area for bespoke treatments and cardio equipment to keep up to date with your workouts whilst on your Megève summer holidays.
The chalet can sleep up to 10 guests in five double/twin bedrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and characterful, with wooden panelling and beams maintaining the rustic charm of this alpine chalet. Sloping ceilings in the upper two suites foster a cosy, snug vibe, while the three ground floor bedrooms have a splash of colour for a more vibrant atmosphere. All bedrooms come en-suite, some with open-plan bath facilities.
Guests of Chalet des Fermes also receive access to all the fantastic facilities and services of the 5* Hotel Les Fermes de Marie, which connects to the chalet underground. The hotel's Pure Altitude Spa provides a wonderful world of signature massage and beauty treatments, as well as featuring an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzis, steam rooms, saunas and Japanese baths. There is also a fitness room and hair salon. The hotel features a friendly bar and many delightful restaurants, some on-site and others around Megève, both in the village and up the mountain. Conveniently, the large sports complex, Le Palais Megève, is less than 15 minutes walk from the chalet. The nearest lifts that operate in summer in Megève can be found in 20 minutes walking. On one side of the valley, you have the Rochebrune cable car, while the other side you can get access to the Jaillet gondola, which grants access to a summer toboggan run.

Simple and authentic dishes utilising the best seasonal produce can be enjoyed at this tasty restaurant, located in the heart of the main chalet building, open for lunch and dinner.
Le Bar - Hotel Bar
The cosy hotel bar with snacking menu is the ideal spot to grab an apéritif of wine, cocktails or Champagne. Open daily from 10am to Midnight. Afternoon tea of cakes and home-made pastries can be enjoyed from 2pm to 6pm, in the lounge areas and library.
Pure Altitude Spa
Enjoy a range of treatments for both physical and spiritual revitalisation, drawing on the power and harmony of the Alpine elements. The Beauty Farm has been defining alpine wellness since 1990, a tranquil sanctuary utilising natural elements (wood, water, fire, stone, plants) to provide complete wellbeing. The spa comes equipped with 13 treatment rooms, an indoor pool and dedicated swim lane, dry and wet saunas, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, Japanese baths, an outdoor sauna, steam room, and hair salon. A fitness room is also on-hand with plenty of cardio equipment.

A special Kid's Concierge has created a full program of activities, available daily from 4:30pm to 10pm for children aged 5 and above (during French School Holidays). There are educational activities in the hotel's garden, fun and games, magic shows, treasure hunts, and more! Additionally, La Table des Enfants allows children the option of diningg away from their parents with all their friends, with specially adapted children's menus.

There are several restaurants and bars for guests to discover on the mountain and in the village, partnered with Hotel Les Fermes de Marie. L'Alpage des Fermes is a rustic gem serving authentic Savoyard cuisine. Located high up the mountain at 1,800m, this breathtaking restaurant is available for Wednesday lunch and Friday evening, exclusive to guests of the hotel. Another restaurant with a high-altitude locale, Le Relais des Fermes can be found in La Caboche on the Rochebrune Massif. Open daily for lunch and Saturday evenings, this mountain restaurant serves typical Alpine cuisine and is a perfect place for families.

A 10-minute walk from the hotel in the centre of Megève, Le Vieux Megève is an old traditional farmhouse serving Savoyard specialities created to the highest of standards.
