The Property

Situated in the heart of Chamonix, Le Lustre is in a fantastic location for those looking to explore what the resort has to offer. The duplex penthouse occupies the top floors of one of the most historic buildings in Chamonix centre, the Pas de Chevre. Across four bedrooms, there is space to sleep up to six adults and four children at one time.

The main open-plan living area is found on the first floor of the penthouse, 100m² in size and furnished in a unique Art Deco style. This spacious room provides different areas to relax, with the prime seat being the loungers in front of the floor to ceiling windows, looking out across the mountain peaks in the distance and traditional buildings in front. Alternatively, guests may prefer to take a seat behind on the lavish sofa.

It's dining area consists of two tables, one with the capacity to seat up to 8 guests, and another for 4 guests, offering the perfect balance for families who'd like the children to dine separately from the adults. Any meals can be prepared and cooked in the apartments semi-professional kitchen, separate from the dining area.

One of the main attractions of Le Lustre is the outdoor terrace, especially for a summer vacation. It's 135m² in size and offers 360° panoramic views of the Mont Blanc mountain range. It provides a fantastic setting for a spot of sunbathing as well as people watching, seeing those below exploring the beautiful town. When here, it's quite easy to forget that you are in the centre of Chamonix.

Le Lustre also boasts other areas for relaxing, including a bar and separate TV Room on the top floor. Whilst the adults may like to relax in the bar with a drink in hand, the children may prefer to chill-out in the TV room and watch a movie. Le Lustre offers both opportunities. On the ground floor, there is a massage room where guests can experience a variety of treatments by a highly trained therapist.

Each of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and are equipped with extremely high quality fixtures and fittings. Three of these rooms have king-sized beds, whilst the fourth bedroom is a bunk room for 4 children. As an added benefit, one of the double/twin rooms has a standalone bath in the bedroom and another offers a large dressing area. Every room has its own en-suite facilities.

This penthouse apartment has lift access for the two floors in the apartment itself, as well as two outdoor parking spaces and a private garage a three or so minutes walk away.

When self-catered, the prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and includes housekeeping every other day.

On the fully catered package, prices include full gourmet catering, open bar and daily housekeeping.
