The Property

Located right in the heart of the exclusive resort of Chamonix, Chalet Seren spreads across 250m² of luxurious and stylish living spaces. Organised over three floors, the property offers both privacy and accessibility, making it the ideal choice for a family or mixed group of friends looking to spend their luxury summer holiday in Chamonix.

The interiors of the property are defined by a modern yet luxurious wooden design, while the exteriors exhibit in a contemporary way the traditional alpine chalet structure. Upon entering, a cosy open-plan living space is enhanced by natural light flooding in through the picture windows. Here, comfortable sofas and a modern fireplace set the perfect atmosphere where to relax or socialise in with your group at the end of an intensive day of exploring Chamonix. On the opposite side, a rectangular wooden dining table and a fully-equipped modern kitchen are ready for you to prepare and enjoy meals all together.

Step outside the large glass patio doors and make the most out of the warm French weather in the outside facilities within Chalet Seren's private garden. Enjoy your meals alfresco within the outdoor dining area or relax on the outdoor seating with a glass of champagne, while appreciating the breathtaking mountain scenery that surrounds the chalet. Alternatively, sunbathe in the sunken wooden barrel hot tub, an ideal spot to completely unwind with a picture postcard background to enjoy while you soak. There is plenty of space for kids to play out on the grass, while the adults are busy preparing a delicious barbecue or competing against each other at the Pétanque court. Alternatively, soothe any achy muscles in the lower ground floor sauna.

Chalet Seren also provides entertainment facilities, making sure you will not get bored during your luxury summer holiday in Chamonix. Watch your favourite film in the spacious cinema room, or let the children hang out with each other, playing games on the different consoles, while the rest of the group enjoys a drink from the bar and have fun playing pool in the nearby games room.

The chalet can accommodate up to 10 guests across 5 lovingly decorated en-suite bedrooms, recalling a more traditional yet luxurious alpine style. Guests can find four double bedrooms on the first floor, all characterised by soft interior tones. Two of them have the privilege of a shared balcony, making it ideal to start the day with an alfresco breakfast while appreciating the stunning Mont Blanc views. For additional convenience, and on request, the remaining two double bedrooms can be organised as twins. Chalet Seren also features a cosy bunk bedroom, sleeping 4 children, located on the lower ground floor and resulting in a perfect setup for two families travelling together on a luxury summer holiday in Chamonix.

The property provides a spacious boot and bike storage area, as well as laundry facilities. For guests arriving with their own vehicle, Chalet Seren includes outdoor private parking.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis, with daily morning bakery delivery service (items included) and daily housekeeping.

There is the possibility to have two small children as extra guests on request. Please enquire.
