Chalet Hibou offers a sophisticated and pleasant Alpine getaway, surrounded by nature and mountain scenery. Featuring everything you would want for a luxury summer holiday in Chamonix this year, the chalet is spread over 3 floors and sleeps up to 12 guests.

The main open-plan living space is found on the chalet’s second floor. Ample amounts of light flood into a sophisticated and homely room, through a multitude of large windows. Perfect for relaxing in before a day’s exploring, the sumptuous sofas make use of plush fabrics awaiting your return. Artwork complements the tasteful blue décor showcased in this room. A large, feature fireplace stands tall, breaking up the Mont Blanc Massif framed across the windows outside.

The chalet has a feel of an English coastal townhouse, due to its décor and painted wood interiors featuring throughout, which is especially felt in the fully equipped open kitchen area. A breakfast bar creates a social space for your group’s cook to prepare the evening meals, with the adjacent wooden dining table suitable for hosting the whole group together. Perfect for those luxury self-catered holidays in Chamonix, guests can even choose to dine alfresco seated outside on Chalet Hibou’s large sunny terrace. A small kitchenette, behind the living room, will allow you to make refreshing drinks to spend long evenings on the terrace, until the sunsets over the mountainside.

Chalet Hibou features plenty of outdoor garden space for long summer days at the chalet. An open meadow and sheltered trees create a picture-postcard Alpine getaway here, perfect for letting the little ones burn any remaining energy after a hike. Tucked in a tree to the right of the chalet, guests will find a quaint treehouse to further extend outdoor playtime.

For relaxation, before heading out for a meal in one of Chamonix’s best bars and restaurants in the evening, Chalet Hibou’s lower floor has you covered. A well-lit wellness area, equipped with an indoor swimming pool and sofa loungers, exudes a Scandinavian feel, finished with green plants, floor-to-ceiling windows and speakers to set the tone for your pamper session. There is also a small sauna on this floor, to continue your relaxation.

A soundproofed TV snug occupies the top mezzanine floor of Chalet Hibou. Finished with a Marrakech-style influence and design, it is the perfect space for the little ones to enjoy their own privacy as the adults plan tomorrow’s activities in the main open-plan living area downstairs.

Chalet Hibou sleeps 8-12 guests across its five bedrooms. Four of these bedrooms can be configured as double or twin beds, ideal for a group of friends on an Alps chalet getaway. The final bunk bedroom, sleeping up to 4 guests, poses a suitable option for luxury family summer holidays in Chamonix. All bedrooms have the additional benefit of en-suite facilities.

Chalet Hibou has a boot room to store any hiking equipment after a day’s exploring, which also leads through to a garage.

When self-catered, the prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and includes housekeeping every other day.

On the fully catered package, prices include full gourmet catering, open bar and daily housekeeping.
