Spread across four levels, Chalet Cotes du Lavancher seamlessly blends modern sophistication with luxurious alpine charm. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides of the open-plan living area showcase the breathtaking mountain views, with soaring double-height ceilings inviting relaxation on the nearby plush sofas. A mezzanine above the main lounge offers a cosy reading nook, alongside a versatile table area for board games or catching up on work. On the opposite side, a spacious wooden dining table sets the scene for memorable evening meals with your group, complemented by a sleek, fully equipped kitchen.

Sliding glass doors open onto a sun-drenched, wraparound south-facing terrace—an inviting spot to relax with a cool drink while taking in the breathtaking mountain views. As dusk settles over the peaks, ease into the bubbling outdoor hot tub at one end of the chalet, perfect for soothing tired muscles in view of the Mont Blanc. Inside, the lower ground floor houses a luxurious 10m heated indoor swimming pool, offering fun for all ages, alongside a sauna for additional rejuvenation. Chalet Cotes du Lavancher comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across five well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite facilities. All rooms adopt a sophisticated alpine design, with an effortless blend of charming alpine woods, neutral tones and comfortable furnishings, to offer a private night's rest in your own haven. In the main house, the ground floor offers a stylish double bedroom, alongside a versatile room that can be arranged as a double or twin. On the lower ground floor, a family-friendly quad bunk room sleeps 4 guests, perfect for family groups. The chalet's separate wing provides additional flexibility, with a first-floor layout that includes two additional doubles, one of which can be split into a twin bed set-up.

The property conveniently features an equipment storage and boot room, laundry facilities, a garage, alongside outdoor parking - collectively allowing for 3 cars to park.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis, with a daily morning bakery delivery and daily housekeeping.
