Suitable for those summer holidays in the Chamonix Valley, Le Marti has been transformed from a village school into a comfortable Savoyard town house, spanning 320m² of living across its 3 floors. Offering an ideal setting for family summer holidays in the French Alps, corporate trips and groups of friends too, Le Marti has been lovingly fitted with a private courtyard, wellness facilities and social living spaces for your stay in the heart of Argentière.

The chalet's ground floor is home to the main open-plan living space. Contemporary and modern in design, this space offers plenty of seating for the whole group to socialise together on the U-shaped sofa, discussing summer activities in Argentière that make the group's desired wish list. Natural light pours in through large gridded windows, adding to the airy ambience in this space, which is also contributed to by ceiling spotlights. A wood-burning fireplace lies in the centre of this floor, partitioning the sofa corner from the kitchen-dining area, yet still maintaining a seamless flow between the two.

Le Marti's dining table offers suitable space for larger groups wanting to eat together on evenings spent inside the chalet. A black, white, and wood theme complements the open space. To one side, guests will find an elegant and stylish bar area to make drinks to accompany mealtimes. On the opposite side, the open kitchen feels very much like a show kitchen, perfect for watching the culinary skills of your chef preparing the evening's delicacies.

A fantastic little space during the warmer summer months, Le Marti's courtyard creates a secluded and private feel. Perfect for soaking up the mountain sun with an alfresco drink, this space has been furnished with benches and chairs to unwind. An outdoor hot tub is also found here, a great facility for a spot of relaxation during your stay. Heading down some steps from here brings you inside to a boot room for storing equipment, as well as the relaxation alcove with a sauna, presenting a further spot to rest.

On the first floor, guests will find a TV snug to finish the day with a film or catching up on any missed episodes of your latest series.

Le Marti accommodates for up to 16 guests across 7 en-suite bedrooms. Found on the upper two floors of the chalet, each bedroom is generous and has been lovingly decorated to maintain the homely atmosphere felt throughout the rest of this town house. Suitable for a range of group requirements, six of these bedrooms can be configured as double or twin rooms, ideal for corporate holidays in the Alps. The remaining bedroom is a fixed double. Should you require, the first floor TV room can be converted into a double room to sleep an additional two guests. Two of the main bedrooms do also have a mezzanine bed in each, however these have restricted room and a steep ladder for access.

For added comfort, the chalet has an elevator for accessing three floors of the chalet, but please note that the lift doesn't access the lower ground floor where the boot room and relaxation alcove is located.

When self-catered, the prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and includes housekeeping every other day.

On the fully catered package, prices include full gourmet catering, open bar and daily housekeeping.
