The Barn is 1,000m² of magnificence, a luxury chalet in Lech that provides guests with the ultimate combination of high-class facilities and first-rate services. Both the main indoor and outdoor living areas are conveniently all located across one floor at The Barn. Refined wooden interiors relay the chic style of alpine luxe present in the chalet, while rich and colourful furnishings contribute to the chalet's lavish appeal. The lounge, spacious and sumptuous, features a library of bookshelves across one wall, filled with interesting books and ornaments. The dining area is separated from the lounge by a stunning central fireplace, with room for all 14 guests to dine together. Adjacent to the dining room is a chic bar area, with a delicious cocktail the perfect way to cap off a day spent exploring the mountains of Lech in summer.

The Barn enjoys sumptuous outdoor areas leading off from the dining space, allowing you to maximise time spent enjoying the sunny weather and fresh alpine air. The expansive terrace features convivial circular seating in an outdoor lounge area around a firepit, with unrivalled panoramas of the mountains of the beautiful Arlberg region laid out before you. There's ample luxurious furniture for alfresco dining, relaxing and sunbathing, with an outdoor bar and kitchen - another key feature that needs to be taken advantage of while on your luxury summer holiday in Lech.

A spellbinding list of spa facilities are available to you when staying at The Barn in Lech. Located on the lowest floor of the chalet, this opulent space is dedicated entirely to wellbeing, with an indoor swimming pool accompanied by a sauna, steam room and massage room. The chalet also contains its own gym, with state-of-the-art facilities for a blood-pumping workout.

Just outside the spa on this same floor, a sumptuous multipurpose entertainment room provides fun and excitement when not out exploring the magnificent mountain terrain. Relax on plush sofas with a game of cards or enjoy some friendly competition at the snooker table. A projector screen can be revealed for a chalet movie night, while the room features its own bar area to save making trips up to the chalet's other fashionable bar upstairs.

Laid out across the upper two floors of The Barn, the chalet is home to seven luxuriously appointed double bedrooms, providing accommodation for up to 14 guests in total. The rooms are lavishly furnished, guaranteeing a stay of ultimate luxury, with contrasting light woods and darker tones creating a grand and classy atmosphere. Featuring in all but one of the bedrooms, large windows which open out onto shared or private balconies serve to heighten the luxury experience of staying at The Barn, with gorgeous mountain views to be marvelled at each day. All bedrooms are well-equipped with en-suite facilities.

The Barn includes an internal elevator to conveniently travel between its four floors. The chalet also has a large ski room, used in the summer for storage of any hiking gear and other equipment.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and includes full gourmet catering, 24/7 butler service and in-resort chauffeur. Drinks are payable in addition.
