Spread over three floors, Chalech 4 presents a stylish mountain home, for family and friend groups looking to experience a summer holiday in Lech. Decorated with immaculate attention to detail, as well as offering a fantastic array of facilities, this 379m² property promises luxury accommodation in Lech for 10–14 guests.

The chalet's top floor exudes a cosy, alpine ambience, and is where guests will find the main open-plan living area. Showcasing traditional alpine features and a meticulous mixture of dark and light woods, this space offers everything needed for a self-contained stay. Under slanted ceilings, one side of the room houses a comfortable seating area, adjacent to floor to ceiling windows that frame the stunning alpine views outside. A wood-burning stove sits in the corner to take the edge off chillier mountain evenings. A large wooden dining table comfortably seats 8 guests, for meals inside. Tucked to the back of the room, lies a sleek, navy kitchen that's fully-equipped to test your homemade culinary skills.

Chalech 4's main living area leads out to a balcony, to unwind and soak in the fresh mountain air and green alpine surroundings. Alternatively, relax inside the property's private relaxation area, the perfect Zen setting following a day of summer activities in Lech. The chalet boasts a sauna and Hammam for ultimate self-indulgence on your holiday. A TV snug also lies on the wellness floor, perfect for children whilst adults experience a spa session.

In total, Chalech 4 accommodates for 10–14 guests across six bedrooms that are shared amongst all levels of the property. All bedrooms exhibit luxurious contemporary living, featuring alpine woods, mood lighting and modern furnishings, as well as private bath or shower rooms. The master double bedroom is the stand-out room with raised ceilings and a large freestanding bathtub for an added sense of luxury. There are four further double bedrooms and finally a quad bunk bedroom, sleeping 4 guests.

An internal elevator connects all floors of the property. A sound system also features in the property. For guests driving to Chalech 4, two indoor and two outdoor parking spaces can be utilised.

For larger groups, Chalech 4 can be booked with any of the other properties within the residence, Chalech L or Chalech S. These properties all benefit from access to a shared wellness area, found on the basement level of the building, complete with an indoor swimming pool and gym facilities. A shared boot room is also available for use.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
