Brunnenhof 6 is situated on the first floor of the Brunnenhof Residence, a property featuring 14 exclusive apartments, located in the popular resort of Lech. Within its 130m² of living space, the apartment represents the perfect setting to accommodate up to 8 guests, ideal for a family or a small group of friends looking to spend their luxury summer holiday in Austria.

This four-bedroom apartment features chic, modern and welcoming spaces, perfect for relaxing and socialising in with your group, at the end of a full day of summer activities in Lech. A comfortable L-shaped sofa characterises the living area, offering a sophisticated setting to unwind and admire the stunning landscape from the floor to ceiling windows. Guests can step outside onto the large terrace, to relax in their own private outdoor space, while enjoying the sunny weather or a pre dinner drink.

Adjacent to the lounge space, an open-plan dining area is ready for you to enjoy your evening meals with all the family, while catching up with one another. The fully-equipped modern kitchen awaits the cook of the group and shoul dhave everything you need to prepare a quality homemade meal.

The modern mountain design is also followed through into the four luxurious bedrooms of Brunnenhof 6. The master bedroom benefits from a spacious en-suite shower room, as well as large floor to ceiling French doors, allowing guests to step outside the large balcony and enjoy an alfresco breakfast while admiring the sunny panoramic landscape. The second double bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and direct access onto the terrace. The property features two further elegant double rooms, both with en-suite shower room, which allow flexibility within the group as they can be configured also as twin.

The property offers all guests the use of the shared spa facilities, ensuring that you will be able to unwind and relax completely during your stay. Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests on a self catered basis to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

The chalet is also available on a bed and breakfast basis with daily continental breakfast, housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
