Brunnenhof 4 is located on the first floor of the luxurious Brunnenhof Residence, a stand-alone complex of 14 charming apartments, in the exclusive resort of Lech. Across its 97m², the apartment can sleep up to four adults and four children in three beautiful bedrooms, resulting in the perfect place for a family looking to spend their luxury summer holiday in Austria.

The apartment is spread across one floor, and it is characterised by an elegant interior design. Comfortable sofas shape the seating area, creating the perfect setting where to socialise in at the end of the day. During those colder evenings, warm up in front of the fireplace, while relaxing with a glass of wine. From here, step outside onto the spacious balcony and admire the stunning mountain views of Lech. It's a picture-perfect backdrop, allowing you to truly maximise from your surroundings and feeling close to nature.

Adjacent to the lounge area is the family style dining space, comfortably accommodating eight guests, Bnquette seating features along two sides whilst mountain views can be seen from each seat. Behind, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen is ready for the cook of the group to prepare homemade meals for the whole family.

The classy wooden style is recalled throughout the three spacious bedrooms of Brunnenhof 4. The elegant master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, as well as benefiting from patio doors, giving access to a large balcony, ideal to take in the breathtaking landscape while enjoying an alfresco coffee in the morning. The luxury apartment also offers a further double bedroom, which can also be arranged as twin. Finally, a cosy bunk bedroom, is ideal to accommodate up to four children. Both of these rooms share a separate shower room.

The property offers all guests the use of the shared spa facilities, ensuring that you will be able to unwind and relax completely during your stay. The spa features a large swimming pool, traditional hammam and sauna, just perfect to ease any weary legs after a long hike!

For additional convenience, the residence also offers shared bike storage and laundry facilities. For self-driving guests, Brunnenhof 4 also includes one parking space.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests on a self catered basis to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

The chalet is also available on a bed and breakfast basis with daily continental breakfast, housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
