Spread across 133m², Brunnenhof 13 is a beautiful option, suitable for a family or group of friends seeking to spend their luxury summer holiday in Lech. The four-bedroom apartment is located within the Brunnenhof Residence, a modern complex of 14 luxury apartments in the heart of the resort. Brunnenhof 13 is located on the third floor of the building, and can accommodate up to ten guests across four bedrooms.

Upon entering, you will be welcomed in the spacious living space, characterised by relaxed luxury interiors. The comfortable seating area features a large L-shaped sofa, and floor to ceiling windows, providing natural light throughout and an amazing mountain background. A modern fireplace located in the middle of the rooms divide the space, setting a cosy atmosphere. From here, step outside the spacious balcony and take in even more the sublime view over Lech's peaks, while enjoying a pre-dinner drink.

On the opposite side of the seating area, an elegant dining table suitable for eight guests is ideal to enjoy meals with the family. While, in the nearby fully-equipped modern kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare delicious homemade summer dishes.

Brunnenhof 13 features four well-proportioned bedrooms, all characterised by a similar wooden alpine design and calming tones, guaranteeing a well-deserved night of sleep. The master bedroom benefits from a large en-suite bathroom and a desk, ideal to catch up on some emails during your luxury summer holiday. A further double bedroom, across the hall, also offers an en-suite shower room. The apartment features a bunk bedroom sleeping four guests, perfect for mixed groups of family and friends travelling together. The bunk bedroom and the remaining double bedroom share a shower room.

Comfort and luxury are the main highlights of the Brunnenhof Residence. The property offers all guests the use of the shared spa facilities, ensuring that you will be able to unwind and relax completely during your stay. The spa features a large swimming pool, traditional hammam and sauna, just perfect to ease any weary legs after a long hike!

For additional convenience, the residence also offers shared bike storage and laundry facilities. For self-driving guests, Brunnenhof 13 also includes one parking space.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests on a self catered basis to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
