Brunnenhof 1 is located on the ground floor of the Brunnenhof Residence, a modern building benefiting from luxury shared spa facilities in the exclusive Austrian resort of Lech. The apartment is 87m² and has two en-suite bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests to stay in the property.

The apartment blends modern interior designs with traditional wooden materials, creating a cosy atmosphere ideal for a family or small group of friends looking to spend their summer luxury holiday in Lech. Upon entering, guests will be welcomed in the living area characterised by cool blues and calming greys. A large corner bench sofa provides plenty of space to stretch out and relax, while adjacent a family style dining table is ready to host you for your mealtimes. A spacious kitchen features in the apartment, offering all the essential appliances and equipment to make your cooking experience easy and stress free.

The living area offers large patio doors heading out onto the apartment's private terrace, where you can enjoy wonderful mountain views and a cooling breeze.

The modern alpine design is also followed through into the two apartment's double bedrooms, decorated in similar style to ensure you have a well-deserved good night of sleep. The master bedroom features a spacious en-suite bathroom with separate shower, while the second double bedroom has an en-suite shower room. For extra convenience, a separate guests toilet is also included. Both bedrooms have large picture views and access out onto the terrace, meaning even as you wake up in the morning, enjoying a coffee in bed, you can appreciate the calming mountain scenery.

The property offers all guests the use of the shared spa facilities, ensuring that you will be able to unwind and relax completely during your stay. The spa features a large swimming pool, traditional hammam and sauna, just perfect to ease any weary legs after a long hike!

For additional convenience, the residence also offers shared bike storage and laundry facilities. For self-driving guests, Brunnenhof 1 also includes one parking space.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 4 guests on a self catered basis to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

The chalet is also available on a bed and breakfast basis with daily continental breakfast, housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
